1. Yes, the anniversary was fun. Thanks to everyone for the congratulations, hugs, and advice which may or may not have been inappropriate (but no less welcomed) and may or may not have been followed

2. Lol, my view on Thanksgiving is far darker, but I can totally agree with you on that one.
6. Lol bb, we all know that Jensen Ackles is beautiful. That's like, one of Newton's laws or some shit. Seriously darlin'.
7. At least you are writing something and making progress. That's way more important than a deadline. The creative writing head at my school said it took her 15 years to complete one of her novels and it's one of the most amazing books I've ever read.
8. Fox News: getting it wrong since FOREVER. 'Nuff said.
#3 Walmart may get all the attention, but every store I knowof (especially electronics and department stores) has some kind of black friday sale. Stores around here are opening at 4 a.m. to start their sales. Yuck!
3 - I hate them all. Last year, I made the mistake of going to the mall with SIL. We went to Old Navy at 2am. They didn't open until 3. We stood outside, in the cold and misty nastiness, until almost 4. We didn't get out of the store until damn near 6 (and SIL got in the checkout line as soon as we got in). I will never, ever do that again.
I kinda liked the one season of Hell's Kitchen that I watched sporadically. The only one that I ever liked was a cross between a reality show and a fiction show, called Murder in Small Town X. It was like a Murder on the Orient Express thing, and it was really good. The S1 winner was a New York fireman who was killed on 9/11, and they cancelled S2 the next day.
And yeah, your reaction to that thing? Was pretty well mine, too. Made even stronger by the fact that it's apparently been going on since 2006 or something. Totally bizarre.
3. I can't stand Black Friday either...and it is not just Wal-Mart. The only store I will be at tomorrow will be the grocery store and the will be for work
7. At least you tried NaNo. I told myself I was too busy (which is the truth).
10. I, too,am amazed everyday that people I have never met in RL would ever consider me interesting enough to correspond with online. So, thank you, too!
I was thinking about maybe going out to WalMart about 10ish tomorrow, after all the crazy people are gone, but now I think I'm not even gonna do that. I think I'll probably tuck myself in behind my keyboard and bang out a couple of papers for school, instead.
Hello to you, too! Writing papers...I never used to miss being a student...I do these days...work is just way too crazy right now...I might actually trade it if I could and go back to being a student for just a little while. LOL!

Also not all reality shows are people being jackasses. Shows like The Amazing Race can be really heartwarming at times.
