that is grr and way worse than my cell phone problem (which *is* a t-mobile). i got charged 10.95 for text messages when i already paid 4.99 for a text message plan. see, yours is worse, and that totally sucks... sorry.

I did the acidental bump thing on my phone a couple of times and so there is something in your phone where you can lock out the internet funtion and you need a pass code to enter it. So I did that so I could no longer just bump it. Maybe your phone has something similar.
