Thank you. I was hit with a shit ton of worry last night because I was limping a lot; I appreciate the sympathy, but the pain is, and I needed to dance a little anyway.
I've never been coordinated enough to follow qi gong. I'm glad you're doing what works for you! Do you find that your muscles get tighter over the years? I think it's normal, but I definitely need to work on my flexibility.
