Re the yoga suggestions: I hear you, and I sympathise. It gets really frustrating, especially if it's something that you actually want to do, but your body just cannot do it that way.

Bravo for finding ways of things and always,always pushing forward. You're an inspirational person, you know that? And not in an inspirational disability porn way (which I have too many thoughts about), but you just *shine*.
