I think this time of year is rough when you've lost someone. I know it has been hard on me since my dad passed.

Loss like this is something that will never go away. It will get better with time, but will never disappear. I can't say why I know, but I do know. It will hit you out of nowhere for the rest of your life and destroy you for days at a time. But just keep trying to pull yourself back into that place where you know that life is beautiful and people ebb in and out of lives all of the time.
