Binding kidou is pretty good at holding people without hurting them, if you use the right spell and assuming the other person doesn't have enough reiatsu or the equivalent to break it.

Ah, I was hoping for something that the city watch could use to subdue troublemakers or people could use on the affected during curses. Kidou is something that's more or less specific to your world, right? Although it does sound really handy.

Well, so far no one else seems to know either. Or they're too embarassed to admit to it, anyway. I suppose it might be a curse related thing... both you and I seemed to know what I was talking about at the time, anyway.

. . . . well, no one can really be blamed for how they acted during a curse anyway. But one good thing about them is that they can sometimes set off a dialogue or push you into doing or seeing something that already needed attention. And I am not thinking about that other love curse.
