STOMP

May 04, 2007 23:42

So I just saw STOMP tonight, it was a blast!  I saw them once before about 6 years ago, so enough time has passed for it to be fresh again.  It's such a fun show and there's so much energy from the crowd.  Well, with the exception of the 8 year old boy beside me who fell asleep before they even took the stage and somehow managed to sleep through ( Read more... )

I've always wanted to see Stomp live. I bet it was amazing!

I have a WMM question for you that I couldn't get a response to on the WMM boards. Is there a limit to how many files you can have in the collections? Maybe this answer is obvious somewhere, but I can't find it.

I have all eps of SPN imported as well as another tv show and some home video footage. I tried importing 2 eps of a show recently and everything went to hell -- got the "insufficient memory to complete this operation" message, as well as major lagging and freezing while trying to save the project. I deleted the files and everything worked fine. I imported again and the problems returned. It's not a codec issue because the codec is used on almost all the eps I've imported. So I'm wondering if I've reached a limit in the collections?

I thought I'd see if you knew before I throw my puter out the window. :P

Well, I imagine you're using XP WMM? If so, the thing is a piece of crap and I had issues using it even with just one season of SN in my collections ( ... )

I'm trying to wrap my mind around WMM not crashing all the time. What a concept!
Yep, I have XP.

I actually have a puter for creative purposes only, so I might look into getting Vista for it. I've heard it's all around better with creative things anyway. If I can get a better running WMM, it would be worth it.

I eventually want to try another video editing program, but I'm so used to WMM that I just put off trying anything else. Eventually I'll get around to it. ;)

You did help me. Thanks!

Yeah, I want to try Sony Vegas, but I'm waiting for a Vista version. I know you have to run the episodes through VDub, so I don't want to have to do that again since it takes so dang long per episode!

I can tell you the song if you really want to know...but it won't be a surprise now!

It's All of this Past by Sarah Bettens. It's perfect for Dean, especially with this episode! http://www.stlyrics.com/lyrics/underworld/allofthispast.htm

I'm actually about 2.5 minutes into it already, I'm so hoping to be done this weekend since I've been anxiously waiting to make it!

And I'm glad you liked the last one :) I think you commented somewhere, but nice to hear twice!

Here you go, I uploaded a WAV file to SendSpace. It's pretty big (45MB), I hope that works! http://www.sendspace.com/file/78e5g6
