Not much knitting last night because I went out for yummy barbecue with a friend.

Hmm, I may have to try that if the HEB we shop at carries the ingredients. I don't remember a cooking demo station...

The newer or newly-remodeled stores have one, usually near the meat counter. Guy in a chef's hat makes food that features slow moving or too expensive HEB products, gives out little plates of food and recipe cards and sometimes coupons. Next time I shop I'll write down the exact brand name of the soup (the carnitas should be easy to find, with the other pre-cooked meats usually between ham and chicken).
