Eating 4 burgers topped with salsa and Mexican cheese causes extreme nausea. Not to mention sweet potato fries.

I broke some guys arm at a judo tournament last weekend, I'll have the video up soon.

Damn work is tiring, especially with how hot it is out.

I have the next 4 days off and its hot as balls in Northeast PA. I don't really know if I plan to do anything, most likely just relax and kick back some some light beers, maybe wash the car on Monday. I just got married, I love my wife Nikki Ruggiero!!

Me and Nikki are getting married tomorrow! I bought her a big rock for her finger last night, she told me I shouldn't have but I know she deserves it. Its no big deal what the cost of it was. I'll update a bit more later, I need to get off to the dentist now.
