We move in 17 days...16 by tomorrow....I am excited and tired. I just want to be able to finish packing and then UNPACK in my new appartment!! Im gonna go see if i can find anythign else i can live without for 2 weeks.

Christmas , despite everything went really well. It was almost bittersweet. I got to visit grandpa on Christmas day, in fact everyone went to visit. I think he was the most popular person in St Thomas Elgin General Hospital! It was the first Christmas my parents had been here in close to 10 years. It's been so long since i updated i figured i'd do some now. Christmas is almost here! I am so excited, my parents are coming here sunday night, i won't get to see them till after work monday at which time we'll be celebrating christmas, opening gifts and having a GREAT meal my mom's gonna make. Mom called today, grandpa has cancer and it's spread everywhere. Inoperable. They're putting a stint in tomorrow for his liver. In 93 november, they diagnosed grandma with the same thing, put a stint in and she died in April. The doctor won't give a time frame but he did say it won't be too long. My Grandpa has 3 tumors. One in his colon, lung and bowel. They're testing to see if it's Cancerous i believe tomorrow. He lost 25 lbs in 3 weeks, now we know why. Apparently he's very jaundiced. He's in his 70's and im scared to lose him. Mom and Papa are coming for Christmas day after all. They'll be here the 24'th and 25'th. We'll go to ( Read more... )
