Thanksgiving and Black Friday Bond-a-thon

I spent Thanksgiving Day and Black Friday in front of the telly watching a James Bond marathon. Two whole days of Bond, James Bond. SO much fun!

Yes, yes and YES! At least they didn't make the mistake of showing Diamonds are Forever. Jill St. John is the ultimate helpless female, the villans are two caricature-like evil guys who turn out to be gay (in a sneering, homophobic way), and flaming barbecque skewers has got to be the dumbest weapon ever used. When we still had cable, I remember it getting played in every Bond marathon and really, it's not worth the tape it's recorded on.

Ah yes, but the whole reason why they keep showing Diamonds are Forever on cable is because of that fight scene with Bambi and Thumper!
