I have so much stuff I needed to try to get done today. And zero energy to do it. Luckily my job interview was before my nose decided to completely plug up. I wimped out on the cold socks at the last minute and just went with my regular Nyquil. Slept like the dead, feel somewhat better this morning.

I got some good sleep last night.

I'm going to make sure I get out and get a flu shot on Monday morning though. I caught the damned plague at Birka last year.

Breathe some steam! I usually do it with a couple of peppermint tea bags tossed into the hot water, for extra air-wave opening together with the moisturizing effect.

And then, there's nothing like hot tea with rum and a bit of honey and lemon. Not sure if it has medicinal qualities, but you stop caring about being sick after the second one....

Hang in there!

I like to follow the Chicken Soup and Nyquil diet when I have a head cold. As much hot soup (and steam!) as possible during the day, and I knock myself out with Nyquil (50 proof!) at night. It seems to work pretty well for my body. Although I like the peppermint tea bag idea. Which reminds me, I think I've got some Breathe Easy tea in the cupboard! *toddles off to check*
