kisses and cuddles '09!
I feel kind of silly and obnoxious for hosting this so soon after the porn battle and the same day, even, as fox1013's surely awesome gen battle but I really want to have this up and running even before Valentine's Day, so!
Prompt Post!
Okay, so basically, how this runs is almost identical to all multifandom drabble battles but especially the hugs, kisses, and cuddles battle of long ago that I'm actually almost totally copying. This is a challenge not only for those rare people who, like me, get really goopy around Valentine's day and want to read tons of fic about their favorite pairings being dorky and cuddly, but also for the people who just want to see their favorite standoffish character kiss his son on the forehead, or two friends hugging after a long fight. Because awwww. (But definitely if you want non-hugging gen, you should totally go to the gen battle that I linked above.)
Re: The Battle
♥ The prompt post will be open until Saturday, February 7th, at noon EST 11:59 PM EST.
♥ Then I'll make a (hopefully) huge list of prompts and post them here on this journal, at which point I'll open a different post for actually writing the prompts!
♥ The post will be open from Monday, February 9th, at 9AM EST, until Monday, February 15th, at 9AM EST.
♥ You can definitely post as many things as you want, fill your own prompts, write a song and record it on youtube, whatever. Just as long as the prompt you're filling is about something along the lines of a kiss, a hug, or a cuddle, and not mainly about a murder. Unless the murder ends in hugging. Which sometimes happens, I guess.
♥ A heads-up that the comment max is 4300 characters, so your entries should most definitely stay within that boundary.

♥ You can ask for whatever characters/pairings/settings you want, in whichever fandom you want, and however many prompts you want. :)
♥ If you want gen rather than a pairing, it would probably be easier for you to use and or & between characters' names rather than /--like Ryan & Kelsi vs. Ryan/Chad.
♥ If you've already left a prompt but want to add more, feel free to add them! But please add them in a different comment to the post and not as a reply to your original comment.
♥ The following format seems to be very useful for all these types of things, so I'll copy it!
