Days go by quickly. I'm currently very busy with my bachelor thesis, which I'll be wqorking on for the coming three months. Deadline for submission is the 26th of January. Will possibly report later on what it's exactly about, but I like the subject.

Furthermore, I was pleasantly surprised to bump into isiyanka last week

Perhaps it's the raw fish ;) Sushi isn't my thing either, but I'm pondering about making a European alternative lately. Something that looks like sushi but without the fish.

I recently watched a very funny "Good Eats" episode called "Wake up little Sushi" on how to make it. I'm sure the guy on tv made it look a lot easier than it is ;)

Sushi is not always just raw fish. To be clear, we made Makizushi, wherre the only kind of fish that we used was the crab sticks. But you're free to fill these rolls with whatever you want. Ok, maybe some people wouldn't name it sushi perhaps ;).
