As predicted (a self-fulfilling prophecy?) May did not go well in the goal department. That's alright though, because it's the start of a new month, and this month I'm going to redouble my efforts and get back on track.
The results that are hardly worth documenting:
Goal #1: To eat less/lose weight/get back in shape/not be a slob: Just horrible

And speaking of an obnoxious amount of chewing, that's also why I eat Triscuits all the time. I find that if my mouth is working overtime I can't cram more crap in there. It takes the whole self-control aspect right out of my hands.
