Changed over from NTL to BT on friday, they cut off NTL but didnt connect BT!

Ive been without service all weekend, to top it all Elise has been sick all last night but better thnis am.

Been waiting 20 mins for customer service this am. Methinks I made a mistake changing over at this time of year.

My lovely black cat went missing 2 weeks ago today, hes not come back. I did all the posters and registered missing with rspca, vets, cats protection league etc. I think its time i gave up now and let it go ( Read more... )

My central heating is playing up, pilot light lit but central heating and hot water refuses to work, Ive checked everything so had no choice but to call out British Gas to sort it all out. I signed a 1 year maintenance contract for 30 quid a month, free boiler service on 1st call out so its all worth it ( Read more... )
