summer projects around the house

 Can you tell I've been downloading pictures from my bb??

So this summer I've done a number of non-sca related projects around the home.

The first one is a revamp of our fireplace.  I tiled the cement hearth in limestone and slate and thus covered the big crack that was right in the middle of it.  I also bought a can of the high heat spray paint and ( Read more... )

Both projects look AWESOME! Nice job!

I spent last week reading back issues of This Old House magazine, and have numerous such (pipe) dreams of my own, but DANG - you went and made those into showpieces! Guess that is why you are the professional, eh? ;)

Wow...they both look awesome, but especially the dresser! I have stuff that I've wanted to refinish for years, but have been reluctant to because of being worried about the end product. Yours looks great, tho!

Btw, I didn't get a chance to say hi and congratulations at Pennsic, so here's a belated hi and congratulations! :) You looked gorgeous as always in court.

That's wonderful! I love refurbishing things, and I love how your face place changed completely. I painted mine recently and it brightened the whole room.
