If you come into London, make sure you go to the crepe cart near the Hampstead tube stop. It's my favorite place in the world to eat.

Virgin kicks Americans ass in every aspect, but a quick correction, Upper Class is actually Business Class not First Class. Virgin does not offer a traiditional First Class product (BA and AA both do).
A full fare roundtrip NYC-LHR in UC is going set you back around 8k at least, the discounted ones are around 4k.
After a flight from SFO to LHR I love the revivals lounge, I ask them to wake up 15 minutes before landing and then I avoid the food aboard and eat in the lounge
The flight attendents have a VPL guidline.
And you forgot to mention there is an onboard bar :)

When we were waiting in the departure lounge, I looked up one-way, one adult, flexible schedule, three months in advance; it came to nearly $5k. Later, in the arrivals lounge, I looked up round-trip, one adult, non-flexible, two weeks in advance (so it's closer to summer), and I think that was $11k. Fun stuff.

There is, but I didn't use it-I don't drink much, even when the alcohol's free.
