Twitter has killed LJ

As has been remarked on before, Twitter totally killed LJ. I used to have the attention span to craft a post that would sum up a month or so of my life, but now I have those 140 characters to just post random thoughts and chat with my friends. It's the difference between sitting down and writing a letter to someone you don't see that often versus

I thought Twitter was the latest nail in LJ's coffin. In my estimation, Facebook has also taken a significant toll on user activity. Ah well, I think I'll use it (LJ) right now!
