Bye bye car

Our car has been holding onto life with the tip of its fingers for awhile now, and it finally died this afternoon coming back from shopping in the 'burbs. It was pouring down rain, and it died on the OFF RAMP TO OUR STREET which sucked, but it was good that we were pretty close and didn't stall in the middle of nowhere. hadhsahd yeah I'll type a sentence and be like, this word should go in a different place, but then I'm too lazy to go back and fix it. ;D

Well so far we haven't been shot at in Chicago, only in Kansas City!

Haha! I was trying to envision how short your other cars must have been! Now I get it. :)

One of the big attractions to me of city living is the abundance of public transport. Sometimes I hate how many times a day I get into my car and drive somewhere, often to meet poppa in his Jeep. Cars are such an expense and bad for the environment, too.
