I Hate Exercising. What Now?

I was reading this article and thought about what it said. Conclusion: Very true. I hate exercising I was always tired and in pain. After reading I Hate Exercising. What Now?It made me think that what the writer said something that makes sense. If you dislike doing sit-ups replace it with some other exercise. I agree, you just need to find something that you like doing. Or maybe something fun.. like listening to music while walking or on an elliptical.

Besides.. exercising releases endorphins, which make you happy! It's impossible not to feel that great post-workout glow if you put an effort into your workouts.

I listen to Black Eyed Peas when I workout it tends to motivate me to keep going. And the beat is just nice.

I'm weird, I absolutely love that tired/soreness after exercise. I feel like I've worked really hard and earned something! :D

After a week of working out I don't feel so much pain I'm starting to enjoy the burning sensation that I feel after the workout. Your right it does feel good.

Im the same as mind_detonator, i LOVE the feeling of the burn, even if I am ready to pass out... That being said, I had to stop for 2 months due to an injury and Im yet to push myself back into it...

I agree with you though, there are a thousand and one ways to exercise sticking to what you know isn't always the best option; mix it up :)
