Ok, so why did no one tell me that Barney/Robin OTP was shortened to BROTP? I LOVE IT. I will never ever use it, but it's possibly the most brilliant name-shortening I've ever seen. Barney and Robin; they're bros, and it's the OTP! Not, you know, to explain things that you couldn't get on your own, or anything. It's just that I think it's ( Read more... )

Brotp is <3. ^^

I saw the first episode of it but didn't bother continuing. I think I'm just... not into that much sex in a TV show, I guess. I don't really like Sex and the City either, so there you go. But I thought BP was pretty good in it and I was intrigued by some of the characters.

Brotp is lots of love. :D Also, yay for icons! I will be checking those out shortly. :D

You know, I'm not either. It makes me uncomfortable. And I don't really like SatC either; when it comes on, I can't turn it off, but I don't enjoy it, either. Hmm. I think I'll have to look into it.

It's gonna be a great Monday with these two shows being back-to-back. And Billie looks super amazing :D I haven't seen it yet, but I will seeing as it shows after my beloved Weeds. Plus, Billie~ :3

Unfortunately, I don't get Showtime. :( I'm trying to decide if it's worth it to try to find episodes. I only just watched Weeds recently, but it is awesome. I just realized, though, that I don't think I've seen Season 3 yet. I thought I was done! Oops. And I like Mary-Louise Parker much better here than I do in West Wing, and I'm not sure why. It was weird to discover that; I was watching and went, "Hey, she's in Weeds! She's great! Oh. Um. I don't like her."

But now I have to go watch season 3. :P

Yeah, I think that's it. My favorite line of hers, though, is when she tells Brad he doesn't get to have an opinion on abortion because "he doesn't have a reproductive system". Um, yes he does. Not having a uterus does not equal not having a reproductive system. If, on the other hand, he DOESN'T actually have a reproductive system, well, that puts an entirely different spin on their break-up. :P

I do think that's interesting, and it makes sense, considering the title: if it's a diary, of course she's going to talk directly. Thanks!
