Oh, my God, did I love Toy Story 3. I saw it with Matt and Bernie last night and it was wonderful. You need to all go out and see it immediately, because it is at least as good as the first two and maybe even better. (CAUTION: SPOILERS AHEAD)

I also found Tortilla Head creepy, but also hilarious. I was giggling the entire time he was onscreen, if not a little nervously. By far the creepiest part of the movie was the omniscient cymbal monkey, though.

I absolutely loved Toy Story 3. I thought that so many things were wrapped up well, including the really clever use of The Claw.

I loved it too!! It was phenomenal!
That said, I have a lot of others things I could say about it, too. I didn't notice Sid, but I think that's perfect and exactly in the style of Disney/Pixar. I'll be sure to look for him the next time I see it.
As for Lotso, when I saw him walk up in his introductory shot with his cane and warm welcoming nature, I immediately could tell he was the Prospector all over again, and the movie pretty much proved me right. Not that he was "the same person", but his roll was very similar and they both had sour personalities underneath the 'grandpa' exterior. Did anyone else catch this immediately? Was it meant to be obvious?
