I went to see a friend before Christmas, who has always been a rather fine rounded figure of a female, however it was like visiting the shrinking woman, I have not seen her for 12 months and she has gone from a size 26-28 to a size 18 which is baggy on her she has lost 53IB wow, now she looks good dam good.
