Anime or manga? Both? 2003 Anime. The more or less same Greed is also in the manga, and aware that he's separate from the rest of the current DDD-FMA cast (which is manga).
Are you okay with 4th walling? Sure thing!
If yes: Anything not okay to mention? Specifically how Martel, Loa and Dorchette die, and that Dante body hops into Lyla and has an array set up to ambush him. These might effect future anime cast-mates. Mentioning he dies, that his lackeys die, or Kimblee goes turncoat, etc. is absolutely fine, just nothing specific enough he'd be uncharacteristically stupid not to avoid if it came up, in case future cast-mates want to canon-move traditionally.
Anything else you'd like to add? He won't ask for specifics, either, since this'd be a pretty unfair request if he did.

Anything else you'd like to add? Nagisa is, culturally, a yuri fandom icon. She's aware of this. It does not make her happy. Precure as a fandom appears in SZS a lot, especially in the anime, but most of the references come from a later continuity (Karen's, actually), possibly because of their shared imagery of hope VS despair.

If yes: Anything not okay to mention? As we're basically in the finale for the series canon at this point, I don't think there's anything that could be mentioned that isn't safe. :D
Anything else you'd like to add? I can't think of anything. I play Winry as pretty innocent, so the idea of someone knowing her boyfriend and/or drawing him in a slash situation would probably freak her out. (Which I'm okay with. *grin*)
