A Season in the Congo ended yesterday after 15 performances . This was hands down one of the most memorable experiences in my life. After the final show there was reception. I would feel sad about the show ending but its not like I won't see everyone again. I still see a lot of the cast from Playwrights Festival , some of them were in this play. ( Read more... )

Me and some castmates were eating at Yoshinoya on 42nd and turn to the door and see this large protest going on down the sidewalk. They were protesting the occupation of Tibet. The "prisoners' getting beaten by "cops" and little kids crying were pretty unsettling to watch

If I walked into a room and saw these kids I would think their parents gave them LSD

The last six performances of A Season in the Congo have SOLD OUT ! Which is awesome , although it means most of my friends probably wont get to see it but I reserved tickets last weekend and again I got no-shows so whatever.

So we got to the apple store too late to see Santigold [bummer] , but me and Dawn had fun anyways. We ended up just walking around Soho. I got a ring from Girl Props and a shirt at Uniqlo for only $6.
