New Star Wars Lego (feel free to ignore the geek)

Wow. I am drooling all over my laptop. I just got an email from Lego.com. The subject line is "Pre-order the Largest LEGO Set Ever with Free Shipping." The set? The Star Wars Millennium Falcon. They've already released two Falcon sets (I have one. I think. I might have both. I know I've got the first one. I'm confused on the second.) but

Ok, you really want to talk geek? Why are they including both the Obiwan and Princess Leia figures? The two of them NEVER sat in the Falcon cockpit together..ever!

You're right. Unless we include Luke hearing voices, they were never simultaneously in the ship at all.

Perhaps Lego just wants to give the end user choice? You can choose which one to include in the ship at any given moment and leave the other in the box or off to the side?
