i have exactly 27 working days until my maternity leave begins. thats 26 1/2 too many as far as im concerned! i hate this place today.

December 9th is my last day. *dreamy sigh*

its a little earlier than i would have liked money wise but Christmas in the courier industry sucks major ass. i wanna get out of there before it gets too crazy and stressful.

it also gives me more time to focus on my girl before the baby comes. i have a feeling she's going to be feeling a little left out/blue when the baby gets here. i do my best to include her in everything thats going on. =)

if i understand correctly you can take it anytime right up till baby is born. you get 52 weeks between a parental leave and a pregnancy leave. you just need to give your employer 4 weeks prior notice.
