i found out today that the entire vancouver call centre is being shut down by the end of september.

i got a call from susan yesterday, (the ex-bosses wife), and was told that they found out they *werent* allowed to cut my benefits off and i am being re-instated and backdated. so all the prescriptions ive had to pay for this past week will be submitted to the insurance co and i'll get a refund back. yay ( Read more... )
