I disagree the best way to smack them down is with a stick.

That really sucks. If you do find them let me know I would be more than willing to help with the rightful retribution.

I am *so* thankful I am on top of those things.

The person that noticed it was with fraud divisions -- but since I check things (at least once a week) I would have also caught it soon too.

Gah! I am still SO angry! I don't have TIME for this shit!

I am so sorry. That sucks. Constant Vigilance! I would love to help you beat them. :)

Of course it could be worse, you could be like one of my bro's friends; ID stolen & used as an alias by a violent felon, any time he gets pulled over, he has to tell them, a felon stole used my name & ID as an alias - I think he has some code word or something, or he gets a gun pulled on him until it's sorted out. Good times. :)

(Also, not to self:

Avoid Dwen's dark and angry side at all costs. Plot escape courses with maximum speed.)

That sucks. You're only responsible for $50 of the charges they put on the card, but of course the real hassle is the paperwork and potential damage to your record. Make sure the credit bureaus don't ding you.
