I hate snow but I LOVE a snow day. Going to work on my analysis project for  my recital... and then practice because I have to.

Is feeling totally alone and abandoned. Maybe it's just me lately but I really don't know. Student teaching is amazing and I really love the kids. I am slowly discovering that I know what I am doing and just need to be a little more confident. Work is work and I really just dont want to think about i anymore. Student Teaching is AMAZING!

Update since June (ish)

My internship went really well. I really enjoyed it. I got to work with the youngest group and really had a blast. They really are a riot. I did alot of photocopying and alot of running around but definitly worth it. I also bought and instrument. Yes. Melissa finally bought her very own instrument. I am still very excited.

You have to love the random insanity that incures througout the semester that cuases you to drift away from something that really does help that you dont realize it until it's gone... update to follow.

I missed my journal.

So I sat there going through my summer schedule an decided it looks pretty empty. Aside from a couple performances that arenot scheduled yet I have some... free time. Crazy thought with the insanity going on it might be nice. Since I plan to work this summer and work some more.

Since it's been a week from juries and I have had time to think about them... it was still really bad. Went in for the first time REALLY confident in what I was doing and didn't feel like I wanted to throw-up. Screwed up my scales screwed up both etudes just really happy I didn't have to play my solo because I probably would have screwed that up ( Read more... )
