I was off to a rocky start on November 1st when I only had a short time at the end of my day to make my goal. It's really awesome how you draw your cover. I've never thought of doing that but it sounds fun.
I also look back on what I wrote but try not to because then I automatically start editing, lol. We must resist the urge to edit! :D
And I eagerly await your next update, but I understand if it takes a while because you're writing your novel instead. Good luck with the rest! :)

The medical scare was pretty scary, but unfounded, fortunately. I discovered that several doctor's visits and copayments later.
I don't know if you noticed it, but the bookcover is something you can upload on NaNo's novel info page. I've done it every year in October to keep me occupied until November. But this year it didn't work out that way.
And yes! The editing! I can't stop myself. I'm better than I used to be about it, but I still haven't figured out how to do away with it. It's a curse!

I might have noticed about the novel cover before, but I honestly can't remember now. But that's pretty cool, I might do that next year.
Oh, and I found out last night the editing might be able to work in our favour. After writing two hours, I was 920 words behind. Then I took the time to read what I wrote and realised I could add a word here or there and ended up being only 802 words behind. I was pleasantly surprised. :D
