I always liked this poem, i don't know why.

Well, i have risen from the ashes of destruction again, lol a tad poetic yes... She destroy'd me, but... i was put back together again, many thanks to all the kings horses and all his men.

Anyway, im feeling good again working on my art n music to pass the time... I'll update more another day...
