FIRST CALL FOR CHARACTERS!
Ok, Folks, here we go!
First off a reminder that here are the rules for the Call for Characters. Straight off I'll remind you that all responses must go as comments to this post. 10 character limit! Have at!
Second, PLEASE go pimp this community! The more characters we get, the more fun it'll be.
DEADLINE for this call is SUNDAY, MARCH 4, at NOON EST (GMT -5). This is longer than future calls will be so that folks can get the word out!
Go forth and bring on the insanity!
ETA: I realize this is quickly going to get unwieldy so I'm gonna try to keep up a list of suggested characters sorted by fandom. Note that it might not be up to date; check the timestamp at the top and watch for other comments/additions since then.
ETA further: I'm not completly familiar with all fandoms; please forgive me if I ask clarifying questions. I want to make this as smooth as possible for all!

ETA AGAIN (2/19): the response has been *awesome*! I am amazed and astounded at the characters people have been giving! However, in the interest of "smoothing out the problems the first time" I'm going to cap the number of characters at around 400.
Should #400 be in the middle of someone's submission I'm not going to throw the rest of it out, don't worry. However, if you submit after 400(ish) is reached, I will not be using your characters for this round.
At the time of this edit we're at about 240. YOU FOLKS ROCK!
