These are the rules that govern the Call For Characters:
- Each participant in the Call for Characters may submit up to 10 (ten) characters.
- Character submissions should be made as comments to the Call for Characters post.
- "real people" are allowed, but please restrict them to one per list (per participant). Not everyone likes writing (or reading) real people fic, so let's please be considerate of this.
- If a character goes by two names (ie. Batman & Bruce Wayne) please pick ONE.
- Please use the character's FULL NAME.
PLEASE NOTE THE CHANGE IN THE FOLLOWING
- Each entry must be of the format Fandom - Name
ex. Firefly - Jayne Cobb
THIS IS NOT OPTIONAL. There must be a space on either side of the single "-". You must use a -. You may not use any other format. To use any other format means your comment may be deleted without any warning or comment.
- Please try to check previous entries to see that a character has not been named before. There will be no duplication of characters. If you submit something that has been submitted before it will simply not be included. (That's for each round. If a character was submitted in the last round, it can be resubmitted in the current round.)
- Submitting characters does not obligate you to write.
Each Call for Characters will have a deadline. After the deadline, the characters will be paired up, then the pairings list will go up for folks to work from.
Reminder: ANY of these rules may change at ANY POINT during the round if it's deemed to be causing problems.
