Thanks, Cat! It's weird to have all these boxes around and not sure where things are. I'm making progress, though. At least I can walk around the bedroom in little pathways now, LOL! And I've gotten rid of about a dozen boxes and half-a-dozen bags. Still more to go, but literally everything had to be boxed up because you can't move furniture with full drawers.

And the stuff you need! You never realize how much stuff is necessary for modern life: cleaning products, hammer, nails, clocks, lightbulbs, meds, sheets and pillowcases, blankets, a mat at the door to wipe your feet, etc. I have a drying rack for my clothes so that I don't have to spend money on the dryer, just the washing machine.

The fannish stuff will be a snap! ;)

YES! When we bought that place in Minneapolis, somehow we didn't realize HOW MUCH STUFF it took to stock a place. Until you do it from scratch, you really take it for granted!

So many little details needed! You need dinnerware and glasses and utensils, dish towels and towels to stock the bathroom, cleaning cloths, brooms, scissors, a watering can for the plants, and a zillion other things! Luckily I have most of it already but some things needed to be purchased. I have a handy-dandy Patriots welcome mat so that shoes can be left there and not scuff the new wooden floors. :)

XD Glad to see that you're settling in, Brady! Getting a new place set up is always so much work. It never does seem to be done. Pfft at Maintenance--Show up when you say you will, guys!

:D I'm thinking of going to see Cap 2 again this weekend. It was so good but so fast that I know I missed a lot the first time around.

And good luck finding your box of CD's. Loosing that would be horrible!

It never gets done! Though I did find my cuckoo clock today. I need to find some zines that were spoken for but I haven't received a check yet, so I don't feel guilty yet! ;) I had them carefully packed away but in the muddle of the move, they got misplaced. I'm trying to catch up on the zines I owe this week because last week was a disaster for anything but moving!

The CDs and my DVDs are here somewhere. Just gotta find 'em! The bedroom is looking better, at least. :)

If my friends cancel on me next week, I'll go see Cap 2 by myself. Sometimes it's better, anyway, with the movies you really want to pay attention to.

This is the first piece of good Rams news I've heard in awhile. I'm sure there are worse teams, but when your local isn't even a loveable loser it kinda grinds your gears.
