I discovered that the old $0.37 stamps still work through 1/8/06, which meant that I didn't have to waste 15min trying to buy $0.39 stamps, but I had no way to rectify this situation. Also, I learned that they are raising the post card rate, so I'll need to buy new stamps there too ( Read more... )
