NY's run

What is the tower?

And speaking of running barefoot, are you familiar with five fingers, the "barefoot shoes" ?

Yeah me dad has a pair and he's quite excited about them. And the logic of them makes a lot of sense I think -- we evolved to run barefoot, running on the front of our feet not the ball, maybe we should!

Nice! That sounds like a lovely run. And I love how you ran barefoot in the mud! I'm jealous of your weather...it is about -14C here, -20C with wind chill. Horrible!

They were mad at you for jogging by?
I will trade you for some of that warm weather. Saturday's high isn't suppose to get above 0F last I checked. :(
Nice pictures.

Yeah, one of the guys wasn't happy that he saw someone approaching, because he had to crate the dog. When I got closer and they realized I was a woman and running barefoot their attitude changed rather quickly :P

Sounds very adventurous. Mind you, I managed to get lost in our local park the other day, so there's no telling where I'd end up if I actually ran randomly.

Here's to a successful and injury-free new year!

I'm interested to see your 2010 plan. I'm putting the finishing touches on mine this afternoon.

I am speechless with envy on the no-snow front. If I went jogging in the wilderness right now I'd be in knee-to-hip-deep snow.
