Thank you, I really had fun writing it. (Except for the seven months between having the idea and figuring out how it could be written. That was the difficult part.)

This was great. I might have gasped in glee when I saw your new fic pop up on my friends page. I might have, mind you.

Well, I definitely did not dance that silly dance when I finally finished my first fic in five months.

...

Okay, I might have.

If it's wrong to leave a review for a fic one has beta'ed, I don't want to be right. :D I'm so thrilled you posted this -- it's unbelievably witty and clever, and -- I still maintain -- pretty darn touching at the same time. :) So glad you're writing again -- and so grateful to read it!!! Keeeep writing!!! :)

pretty darn touching at the same time.

Originally, it was supposed to be kind of... just comedy and silly. But for some reason (I'd like to blame on emo music, but really can't, because I suspect it is actually inspired by Season Two.) it became about the fragility of happiness. Because ultimately, despite the fic not spoiling anything beyond 1.19, its ideal reader is someone who knows that these two people (who might frustratedly and unsuccessfully investigate the Bluths, but are experiencing a quite happy and carefree time doing so) will be quite unhappy with each other very soon. The ideal reader should be aware that this won't last.

Keeeep writing!

Keep pestering me about it, because that actually tends to work. The only problem is that the only idea left from last summer (And I haven't gotten any new ones in the mean time. Shocking. I know.) is the Weevil story.
