[Grace was surprised when Aidan took her back to his place, instead of back to her brother's, but she went with it, even if the silence made her really uncomfortable. She almost sighs with relief when he hands her a beer and actually looks at her.

She shakes her head. She'd rather not be drinking at the moment (for once.).]

No thanks. [Awkwaaaaard.]

[he nods and puts the beer back, but opens his and takes a sip. He sets it down and rubs at the stubble forming on his jaw as he watches her.

Yep. Awkward. There really isn't a good way of saying "I'm sorry I had to arrest my girlfriend".

He sighs as he catches sight of the ink on her fingers from where they took her prints.]

Are you okay?

I'm fine. That's not the first time I've been arrested. [There's no point in lying about it any more, after all.]
