While I like that you removed the poor girl's bags (ok, they weren't bad or anything, but I have those too! And it takes less than a minute to smooth them out!!), I think you made her eyes just a little too turquoise it makes the whites look slightly bloodshot, which gives her a bit of a drug addict look. Just a bit, though. Actually, I think you also warmed her skin tones, which may have been what did it. You'll probably want to calibrate your monitor, too, as I can actually see the circle around her head of the red tones on my monitor at work (which is a shockingly kick ass monitor, though).
Wow. Look at me picking away at your work... sorry! I hope you know I mean it well... you ARE a really good photog, and I really do wish you'd shoot me again someday!
