Projected closing dates can be tough. We've been there. The upside is that it gives you a lot of time to get through all the inspections and addendum, etc. With the way lenders and banks are operating these days (slowly) you may find that 83 days is worth having. They will have ZERO excuses for not having papers done on time, etc.

I know its been a rough couple of months but there are good things to come. I can't wait to hear about the moving in and making it yours. :)

Of all people I know you KNOW. I feel very fortunate that thus far we really have had smooth sailing in the process. Between hearing your story and what my sister and her husband have been going through I am extremely grateful for the road we've been travelling on. If only that clock would stop ticking so loudly every day. 71 days now! I'll be excited to post pictures and updates once we're in.
