Do it
I took a practice GMAT and got a 670. That is 95th percentile verbal and 61st percentile math, which is, frankly, horrible. At some point in the math section (I think around the eighth question), I gave up. This is a self-defeating trick my mind plays to justify what I suspect will be a low score at the end. Contentment at long last

Nutrition and exercise
I need to change my eating habits. All throughout my youth, I reveled in the fact that I could seemingly eat anything I wanted and not have it stick. I am no longer a youth.
