So often when you return to fanfiction that you read as a teenager you find it to be awful. Those years have warped your tastes beyond recognition, and you see the fic for what it is. It's always a disappointment. Not so in the case for The Very Secret Diary by Arabella, I am pleased to report. This, for me, is the penultimate Tom Riddle fanfiction

I need more quality HP fic but I know not how to go about finding it. So I'll be lazy and steal your recs because they're always amazing. Hinthinthint :D

Yes, you do. It's an ollld fic, but one of those few "classics" in the HP fandom that is actually good. (As opposed to OOC rubbish a lot of the classics are.)
