Summer Update! and other random BS.
Well- I talked to Mrs. Ellen(reading teacher) and she said that she is positive that Summer just didn't take the test seriously. It was a practice test for the benchmark testing. She said that most of the class breezed through 25 questions in about 20 minutes. Anyway- we got Summer's report card Monday and she had all A's except Math and it was a ( Read more... ) -

OK- So Summer is in 3rd grade this year and according to all the testing she has done so far- she is reading on a mid 4th grade level. That's all fine and dandy. Then today she comes out of the blue with "Mom- no one made a 100 on it, but me, Charlie(her best friend), and some other girl(she told me her name, but I have forgotten it) made an F." They fired him for not coming in Saturday. What a bunch of bullshit!! Anyway! I hope Brian Smith rots in hell!!!! He told them he was in the ER and they still fired him. What a bunch of assholes! Makes me want to bitch slap the asshole! Sorry for the sailor mouth, but I am PISSED!!!! -

Where to start.....
Things have been hectic as usual around here. Mackenna is 2 now and into everything. Summer is doing well in second grade, making mostly A's(she got A honor roll the first nine weeks, and A-B honor roll this past nine weeks! ) and busy with Girl Scouts and her school play(101 Dalmations) . We are finally there!!
We finally closed on our house!!! June 19th was the big day and we have been moving ever since. YAY!!!!! We are loving life and so are the girls and pets! Lots of room for them to run and play now! No more annoying neighbor!! Life is good!!!
