4 days until Christmas. Presents have all been purchased, tickets to the Pops in hand and now it is just time to sit back and enjoy the time of year. No snow in the forecast, but with relatives flying in and travel planned on Christmas day I can live with it!

A new football season begins today. I haven't followed any news or preseason games since the Pats blew it big time last February. A clean slate for 2012 and back in the Super Bowl in 2013! I have faith ( Read more... )

How much do the Red Sox suck right now? About as much as I've ever seen!

Just finished watching the Red Sox beat the Yankees in 10 innings. It has been a tough year to follow this team and the horrendous pitching. I doubt anything with come out of the 7/31 trade deadline.

Heading back to Aruba in June and we couldn't be more excited. Last year we stayed a week at ABC and the time seemed to go so fast that we were kicking ourselves for not extending our stay. Given the fact that the entire trip including airfare, lodging, entertainment, food and drinks came to $500 each, we could have easily added another week. ( Read more... )
