bored out of my mind sitting in the computer lab doing nothin im sore from yesterdays workout for coach but i made it through day one of hell so i know i can make through the rest today we are doing a tempo workout and then a 400 race at the end so hopefully i will do better than coach exspects me to my whole goal this week is to make coach notice ( Read more... )
