The new "Alternative Tarantula" album just debuted at #7 on the Oricon Indies Album chart. That's not bad.

BORN has announced that they will be issuing three live-venue limited single releases during their BORN TOUR 2015. On March 28 at Nagoya ell.FITS ALL, they will sell a Type A single titled "GOD COLLAPSE." On April 9 at Osaka MUSE, they will sell a Type B version of "GOD COLLAPSE." BORN have announced that they will be releasing their first live album on March 11. The new album will be titled "LIVE THE STALIN," and it will be released in two types. Track details have not yet been announced, but the album will cover the band's December 29 performance at Shinjukuu BLAZE.

Good news if you're a fan living in France. MusicJAPANPlus reports that a station called NOLIFE is going to start airing BORN and Lycaon PVs on June 21. Looks like they're getting ready for the EU tour. The full article from MJP is here.

It was just announced that BORN and Lycaon will team up to do a European tour. The tour will be called "BORN x Lycaon EU Tour '14 -THE RAMPAGE-" and it will kick off on September 5 in Moscow, Russia. Just a little off topic... BORN is no longer the sole band in the Indie PSC lineup. PS Company has recruited a new band (well, since 2012) called RAVE. So, our guys have a new label mate to promote. Curious to see what having another band to focus on will do for PSC's focus on our BORN guys ( Read more... )

Well, I'm sure we all hoped it wouldn't happen, but it seems KIFUMI has officially left the band. There is an official notice going out now via blogs and OHP. I'll look closer at them later to see what everyone is saying. The official word continues to be listed as personal reasons. BORN will continue with the current four members.

Recent updates to the OHP show a new 6th Anniversary Mini Album coming in April next year. Details below, including a BORNTube video promo spot. I'll update the discography when they release track details.
