That's a good attitude love, but don't forget, you have to eat a whole lot more if you're doing lots of exercise. Otherwise you'll just get sick again. xoxo
Gah, I'd be happy with 4.5km as a starting effort - I can only make 2.5 before my breathing flags. And veggies - stirfry! I love Asian food and find that stirfry is a good, clean, healthy way to eat veggies that is also appealing to eat. So stirfry with chicken or tofu and an Asian sauce does me :-)
