Okay, so I don't eat nearly enough vegies. What is your favourite way to prepare your vegetables?
I have maintained my weight over the last week, at 54.3kg. It makes me crazy to weigh this much, as it is a 6.6kg increase since admission to hospital. So I am going to try to deal with it more positively by focusing on my fitness rather than my weight. The 10km fun run is on the thirteenth of September and I am going to do it. At the moment I can only run 4.5km, so I am going to the gym three times a week and increasing my distance each time, and doing extra cardio.
I want to feel good about my body without the good feeling being based around how much weight I can lose. I'm really trying to eat properly, with enough protein and fibre and less processed foods. I'm trying to drink lots of water. I still don't feel good, but I will stick it out.
